If you are having trouble with loading web pages, or you know a page has changed but you don't see the changes, you may need to clear the cache in your web browser.  When you visit web pages, your web browser—Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Chrome— will temporarily store the page's content. By caching the images, scripts, and text, web pages will load faster. When a page is redesigned, you may not see the new page correctly because it is showing you the stored page.
